Is support really unlimited?
Yes! Regardless of what package you have with LoanSites, our support is unlimited! That means you can ask us to edit/add/remove anything at any time and we’ll get it done for you!
How do I request an edit to my website?
If you want anything updated, added, or removed from your website – just email our support team at support@loansites.com and we’ll do that edit for you!
Do I need my own website domain name?
Yes. We want you to control the URL of your website, so you will need to have your own domain name. If you don’t already have one, they’re typically pretty inexpensive and we’ll help you choose a good one.
Do I need my own website hosting?
No, we provide that for you! When you sign up for LoanSites, we’ll build and manage your website on our premium web hosting servers.
After signing up, how quickly do you build my website?
Once you sign up and send us your requested business information, we’ll build your new website within 10 business days on a development URL. We’ll review the new website on that development URL and adjust it to be exactly what you want. Once we have your approval, we will then migrate the new website over to your domain name and take the website live.
What if I don't like the website you build?
Our website service includes 100% unlimited customer support! So if you want changes to your website, you simply send an email to our support team with what changes you’d like and we’ll update your website to your requests.
Are there any long term contracts or cancelation fees?
Absolutely not! We do not have any contracts or cancelation fees! We are so confident in our product that we give you the freedom to cancel at any time if you feel we are not exceeding your expectations.
What if I want to stop using LoanSites?
Because we don’t have any long-term contracts, you can cancel at any time by simply emailing our support team. We’ll stop your billing and take down your website within 15 days of your cancelation.
If you want to keep your website, but just don’t want to work with us – We have a buyout clause of $4,000. If you opt for this, we’ll send your website and database files to you within 15 days of receiving your buyout payment.
